語法
TEXT(value,format_text)
Value 為數值、評估為數值的公式，或是包含數值的欄參照。
Format_text 為以文字格式表示的數字。
備註
使用 TEXT 函數會將值轉換成格式化的文字，且計算結果不再是數字。
